Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy – VIRELIX (KSA)

At VIRELIX, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item is returned with original packaging and tags

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable

  • Used, damaged, or altered products (unless received defective)

  • Personal care items (if applicable) due to hygiene reasons

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number

  2. Provide a reason for the return (with photos if required)

  3. Our team will guide you through the return steps

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, VIRELIX will cover the shipping cost

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and order details for quick resolution

9. Late or Missing Refunds
